ReplyDeleteI'm curious to know what types of materials the Franks used for their clothing, weapons, and armor?
ReplyDeleteI was wondering were the Franks ever conquered or are they now called the French?
ReplyDeleteI was wondering what the main reason the Celts made human sacrifices was. Was it appease their Gods, or was it a way to regulate the population?
ReplyDeleteWere the franks native to the area the inhabited or were they Germanic?

DeleteHow did the Celts get so much land?
ReplyDeleteI wonder why all 4000 Saxons had to be killed in a single day and not over a couple of days?
ReplyDeleteI'm curious to know what the process to get armor ,clothing, and weapons for the Vikings.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to thank those of you who were able to post a comment so far. I think we would be able to solve some of these questions with a bit of digging. I think it is interesting how much change is occurring in Europe in such a short period of time. But then I think about all of the change that has occurred in the last century and I guess it makes sense. Let's try to keep aware of the forces that are propelling the change we are studying.
ReplyDeleteI am curious to know why the Celts had to make human sacrifices.
ReplyDeleteDid the Celts learn to craft their armor and weapons from learning from others, or did they create these techniques on their own?
ReplyDeleteWhat I'd like to know is when we're talking about the Anglo-Saxons attacking and taking over most of Europe who decided to do this? The ruling authorities the army ( did they even have a official army?) the common citizens or was it a unanimous decision. Did some people rebel against this choice? So all in all my question is both who decided this and how did it go over with the Anglo-Saxon citizens?
ReplyDeleteI would like to know why Irish Celts chose Druidism for their religion?
ReplyDeleteKeep those comments coming!
